hello im doing this for a friend she isnt good in tech and doesnt know what to do but i just want to see what yall would say to do i am trying to help her
problem: xbox wont turn off when it does it says something went wrong or it will just stay on the start up screen
problem 2: when she some how pairs the controller it turns right back off
my solution: i have told her to when she pairs it to turn the xbox on whenit turns off repair it and click restart this xbox and see what happens from there
does anyone know any solutions
