This wasn't a ban, i just logged in one day, and was asked to confirm my account using an email I no longer have access too, for oddly similar automated reasonings. I've submitted the email change forum multiple times with more automated responses declining me even though I have verified my own information correctly each time, I'm very frustrated about this, not that it even matters like most of this information.
I really just need to speak with an operator that works at Microsoft at this point, if i could speak to a HUMAN I feel as if this could have been resolved day one.
The reasoning for being locked out was "for security concerns" yet no one has accessed my account but me... On the same console using the same internet provider for about three years, not to mention my account is over 10 years old with countless purchases and title "owns", given since then I no longer live in the same area nor have Internet (not even worth it since I only used it for gaming)
I can provide emails and screenshots to anyone who has the ability in Microsoft to fix this issue, the automated hijacked system is broken and can't resolve unless I sign in, which is an oxymoron if I've ever seen one;
I just want to play my games..

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
