ive tried reseting my xbox fully, i tried looking at youtube videos. also tried changing my monitor settings, ive also looked at comminuty posts nothing helped me, and the results where the same thing saying my monitor doesnt support 4k

its 144hz and i think it goes to 1404 or whatever that resoultion is after 1080p

Cause the monitor cant do 1440p

The console could not run more than what the hardware is capable of. If u have a 1080p monitor then u could only play in 1080p.

Ur monitor cannot output more than 1080p since its only a 1080p monitor

The console cannot make the games play in 1440p consoles depend on the hardware tv or monitor
