I'm logged in to my main account on the xbox pc app but I don't know what email I used for it. Is there any way of checking within the app?

I think u could go to settings in the app and manage acct or something.

i tried all those but whenever i click the manage buttons it take me to microsoft login but i cant log in because i dont know what email i used

Had a quick look I dount think there is
if your signed into the app via auto sign in then you can check under windows accounts. A other may would be too check your browser if you have automatic sign in

I can't find any info or recover the email as it links back to my other account for some reason. Is it possible that both accounts are on the same email or something?

Best contact xbox support for acct issues like this.

support wont be able to provide your email you need find/know it. This is one of the many reasons why having more accounts always ends up in tears. If you have one account with one email this wouldn't happen.
