A while back I had a time limit on my account and it got removed quite some time ago. That means I can play games unlimitedly, but whenever I open up Minecraft, it still gives me a time limit. We tried to remove it but it says I have no time limit, and I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft, but it still gives me a time limit. This issue is really annoying and I want to know if there is a way to fix it

Thank you for your post! Please remember the support here is not official and is handled on a volunteer basis. Once you have posted your concern here, we ask that you be patient and not spam your thread elsewhere in the server, that will slow the process down.

If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.

In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:

  1. What is your issue?

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

  1. What troubleshooting have you tried?

Please list everything you have attempted.

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.

If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.

Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.

I dont think he ever put parental controls on Minecraft, just the Xbox. But then again I could be wrong since it was a while ago

Because it's like this for both windows 10 (console edition) and the Xbox 1 edition of Minecraft

He needs to check the settings. For example, in the Microsoft Family Safety app you can set time limits for individual games.
