I bought the game Bullet Soul and Bullet Soul infinite burst through the Xbox website but then I can't play it on my XSX despite being my only Xbox console besides the 360.
The game for some reason doesn't appear on my owned games and apps.
Can I request a refund and if so, will I be able to try to buy the game again to see if the issue gets solved?
