Also, I'd recommend summoning as many NPCs at once as you can, because keeping him distracted is key. If you need to go in just to learn where their signs are, it might be beneficial.

You pretty much have to have a caster build though. Comet Azur takes 60 INT to cast. It's also kind of only situationally useful, as most bosses move around too much. The one we just killed doesn't move at all until they get close, so they're a very easy target for it.

It's a super late game area, you need to get to the Consecrated Snowfields and there should be a portal right here-ish, off the side of a ledge. You need to kill an invader that's in the tree area near this to get the portal to activate.

I don't know if my waypoint is exactly where it is, but it's around there.
To get there, you need both halves of the Haligtree Secret Medallion and then you use it in the Grand Lift of Rold. If you haven't been to the grand lift yet, then I'm unsure if you could get there just yet anyway.

Don't let the map fool you, it's actually underneath that whole area, it's not on top. You can reach it from the lake area. There's a guy hidden in a barrel or something in the village.
If you smack the barrel with something, he'll fall out and talk to you.

Castle Sol is all the way in the north of the Mountaintops of the Giants, to the right of the Consecrated Snowfields. You need the regular Medallion for the Grand Lift of Rold to access it.

There's a bunch of them in Nokstella, mostly in those big metal spheres that roll at you.

Something to keep in mind:
35 MND gives you enough to where 1 flask refills your entire bar, which is why I personally leave it at 35, but these are all the soft caps for the game. Anything more than this does effectively nothing.
Also, if you two-hand a weapon, it add a "hidden" 50% to your STR stat, so if you pick up a weapon that requires 30 STR, you'd only need 20 to two-hand it.

It all depends on the build you're going for, really.
I went for pure INT caster, so this is my finished build. All my extra points just went into END because I just didn't need it anywhere else.

This might be more accurate, actually.
But yeah, as a general rule of thumb, nothing needs to go higher than 60 unless you're doing something specific or if something requires it.
For example, some spells require up to 70+ INT, and since I'm a caster anyway, I went for 80 for max damage.
As far as damage scaling for melee goes, you can still get really good damage if you don't get things to 60 if it's infused with a different stat. I'd probably recommend prioritizing getting to 60 VIG over leveling up STR/DEX, as long as you're able to wield the weapons you want to use already.
Obviously put more points in if you need more to wield something.

You have to go all the way through Ainsel River and survive the Lake of Rot. Getting to Ainsel River just requires going through Nokron, which you enter through the giant hole (which should have appeared after killing Radahn) in the wooded area around the Mistwood Ruins.
Once you kill the twin gargoyles at the end of the Nostron area, if you run towards the waterfall, you'll find a grace, and a little bit closer to the falls you'll find a coffin you can get into.

Depends on how many points you put into END, as even the lightest armor will make you medium roll. It requires a lot of investment to light roll in armor, and/or you need to use talismans to get there.
Light rolling requires under 30%, which can be extremely difficult to reach depending on your build.

I think the only other solution is to run all the way there from the Castle Rampart grace, as that's allegedly a place where people from the changed city can be summoned by people in the original city.

Mimic Tear is an unmissable boss (and reward), which you should have unlocked if you've killed Radahn.
