I have two problems
Firstly i can't hear the sound of xbox especially the dialogue between characters in games I have checked the game setting
Secondly headphones i cant hear game sound and software but i can hear party chat sound

Check to see if you have some sort of surround sound or dolby atmos enabled on your headset in the audio setting of the console

Can you find these settings?
Headset chat mixer should be in the middle. If it's to the right (Person icon) you won't hear game audio. If it's too the left (controller) you won't hear party.
