#I own game and it’s asking me to get game pass

Hi I’m having an issue where I own the game I bought it ages ago and I have just got a different console and now it is asking me to get game pass to download it. But I should not need to do this as I own it

maybe its referring to game pass core or ultimate for online play in the game?

Never had this issue before with any game and even with games that require the online subscription. I should still be able to download it regardless

I’ve looked on both
