I purchashed a legion laptop that came with game pass ultimate for 3 months. However, I got it repaired through lenovo the original supplier and now the option to redeem it is gone. Is there anything I can do? Contacted both legion and xbox support and they keep sending me back and forth.

Try call Legion once more, you could try and say you lost it due the factory reset of your laptop

Did they factory reset it?

If you login your Xbox account, you don’t find any information about Xbox Gamepass or order history?

Cause if not, there is nothing to prove you lost something

yea it was factory resetted once they replaced the motherboard. Xbox told me to contact lenovo again with their case number

Such a thing is usually tied to a unique device identifier or something. If whatever was done during the repair changed that it won’t work. That’s why you need to contact whoever repaired it.
