#issues with game installation

ive tried everything i could find hard resetting the xbox clearing queue and putting disc back in and im all out of ideas its black ops 3 disc im tryna install

i dont know whats wrong thats the problem it just says installation stopped

i just uninstalled a game i dont play there so i should have around 300gb now

try canceling the download go offline and install the disc offline (not connected to the Internet)

yes thats the point the installtion stopped error can happen when the game is trying to install and update so going offline fixes it

Do you have any other disc games that you could uninstall and try reinstalling them to see if its the disc drive?

no i dont

all are old 360 games or games that discs dont work

so your aware of an issue then with the disc drive if other discs are not working?

I would cancel the install again and try installing the game from the xbox app on mobile. That will let you install the game for free but you need the disc to play it.
