I'm trying to buy ubisoft plus on Xbox but it's not letting me buy it and I don't know what to do

On the Xbox store it says "join. When I click join it takes me to a website to link my Xbox account with ubisoft account and I successfully linked them both but when I go back to the store it would still say join and I wouldn't be able to pay to get the subscription even though I linked both the accounts
On the join screen it would say that the page would refresh once I linked both my accounts successfully which I did but the page still wouldn't refresh
Can you tell me how to fix this issue
