If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

it says when you have a bad connection.
the point is, i checked my connection, and it seems to be fine, i might have to check it again or restart my router
yeah, it can fix the problem or switch to another internet router
or reset your xbox. to do this you need to go
-settings.
-System
-Console info
and then go to reset my console.

are you on wifi?
i have a cable connected to my pc from router, for extra speed, so pretty much yeah
so you are on wifi?
If you're on wifi switch to ethernet cable. ethernet cable going around 20-30 dollars. plug it to your router and your xbox. if this didnt work try another connections liket wifi. if this doesn't work. try to buy a tp link archer which is a mini router.
i am on ethernet cable, i am confident about that
it still doesnt work
nothing to do with a bad connection, my internet runs 3ms, 1gb/s and this message keeps popping up
