Thank you for your post! Please remember the support here is not official and is handled on a volunteer basis. Once you have posted your concern here, we ask that you be patient and not spam your thread elsewhere in the server, that will slow the process down.
If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.
Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.
have you charged the headset ?
Yes
it could be anything you need to narrow down the possibilities
Does the headset work on a other device with out the controller
It is works wired but won’t power on
when you say it workes wired but will not power on what does that mean
@static plover with wired it works then I click power on the it says power on then off then sync off
so your saying it will work wired but not wireless because that headset does not support wireless on xbox
🎧 3-in-1 Connection Ways & Multi-platform Compatibility: Captain 300 wireless pc headset supports low latency, lossless 2.4GHz USB dongle and the latest Bluetooth 5.2 stable connection, while supporting 3.5mm wired connection mode. Yh but why can’t I even use the power on it lol
So I need to buy 3.5mm wired ?
it works when you connect it wired though correct
yes that headset only workes with 3.5 on xbox
I’m using the wired they gave me
it working wired correct?
Yes but I can’t use the power lool
They Bluetooth mode don’t work
you not making it clear what does that even mean.
What i not understanding is if the headset is working then why are you saying there is no power? The 2 do not go hand in hand
if it works wired then it is working as its made for xbox console that headset it will not sync wireless this is not supported with that headset
