#Xbox Series X Controller randomly not responding to **most** inputs??

Hoping someone can help me:

Controller randomly decided only some buttons don't wanna register 🙂 (and remote play on my Steam Deck gives the same problems despite working in other games lol)

idk what to do
I cannot "update" my controller because the A button doesn't wanna register (mind you it worked like 10 minutes ago when I turned on the Xbox lol) only my Stick and Xbox Button gives me any response lol,

I cannot update my Contrller as the A button does nothing
Remote play is also useless as nothing will respond other than the Stick and Xbox Button
I've reset the Xbox 15+ times and it did nothing.

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

Usually behavior like this means a button or key is stuck down somewhere, interfering with the button you're trying to use. Things you should try:

  1. Make sure there are no other input devices attached, wired or wireless. Including keyboards! Try again.
  2. In case it's a software bug, try disconnecting or reconnecting your controller, and more reliably, hard rebooting your console (hold down the power button on the console for 10 seconds).
  3. In case it's a hardware issue, try using a different controller.
