So I request a refund because there was a game I could play that the controls were not friendly to me in steam so I tried out the game for Xbox only played it for like a min or so and decided to not play it anymore so I requested a refund for your game via Xbox refund request and I was able to get the refund. But then I was charged the same price for the game I was requesting the refund. If anyone could explain it to me to help me understand what went wrong or if that’s your way of doing it thanks

P.S I’m not sure how to add pictures here to help with the problem.
