Around an hour ago, my Xbox hit me with the Additional authentication needed screen, and now I’m unable to sign into my account, connect to my wifi, test the nat, it says nat type is unavailable, under current network status it says The following services are experiencing issues: then it’s blank, and shows For a more complete description go to Xbox.com/status.
When I tested the nat, it said
NAT type: couldn’t test
Upstream bandwidth: Couldn't test.
Network latency: Couldn't test.
Network type: Wireless, Interference on your home network might get in the way of playing remotely. When I check the bandwidth usage, the current usage is bouncing between 0-20 ish kbit/s, but it’s staying roughly at 3-6, then hitting 0 again. I’m not sure what that means, though.
Under detailed network statistics, it says download speed, upload speed, packet loss, mtu, and latency are unavailable, yet my wireless strength is at 80%.
I dunno much abt wifi specific stuff, so I’m not sure what to try and how to fix it. Nothing online so far has been helpful, and I’ve been looking for around over an hour. Is this a wifi issue, xbox servers being down right now or sum, or is my xbox cooked?
