Hi, I recently opened a brandnew xbox one with kinect (model 1520 I believe) and the internet will not work first of all even though it shows connected from my side. I am trying to do an offline update and put it into troubleshooting mode but even though I follow all the the steps (pair + eject button and tap the xbox button) nothing will happen and it will power on like normal. Do you have any suggestions?

why are you trying to do a offline update?
whats the issue exactly you said your xbox is starting normally so there is no need to do a offline update.

so it is getting to the xbox bios or green screen and then it goes to language, then country, internet, etc.
but when I connect to the internet, on my internet it shows that its connected but for some reason on the xbox it shows "Can't connect to internet"
I even tried with a hotspot and the same issue was there, my phone showed the xbox was connected but the xbox keeps saying no internet
Im now trying to go to the troubleshoot menu, and I am able to get 2 beeps and the green screen, but it wont go into the troubleshoot menu. It just starts again like in the first message (language, country, internet,etc.)
