#cannot sign in after putting my passcode in

I've seen others with similar issues but no fix.
this has been going on for 7 hours now, I have restarted by Xbox several times and I am aware it is an Xbox live issue.

once I open my Xbox it tries to sign me in and once I put my passcode in I'm getting "we can't sign you in. try again in a few minutes or check service status in Xbox assist (0x7DD0017)"

I can't access the Xbox support website but my friend can and I've seen what it's told me to do and that still didn't work.

my Xbox 360 also cannot connect to Xbox live, because I cannot sign into my account I cannot access anything on my Xbox 1.

I've ran WiFi speed and connection tests and everything is perfectly fine. I just need a resolve so I can access my Xbox again 🙏

(factory resetting does not solve this issue, others have tried and been further broken, getting stuck at the "checking for updates" stage of the process)

OK SO FUNNY STORY ITS FIXED NOW RANDOMLY? my dad walked in and I was gonna show him my issue (that's I've literally been having for 7 hours) and it's randomly decided to work again

I have a perfectly fine working xBox 360 but my „new“ Xbox one doesnt seem to be working at all

mine randomly fixed itsself yesterday and today I was able to log on with no issues
