Why in the world was I banned from Xbox?

So basically recently I got banned from Xbox for a year, and I have absolutely no clue why, and I’m genuinely serious, I was just sitting on my bed one night when all of the sudden I get a notification saying I’ve been banned, I go to the suspension website and I have 10 strikes, yes you heard me 10 strikes, apparently for posting bad things on activity feed, want to know what’s funny about that?, I don’t even use activity feed, I don’t even have a pc so how could I possibly have posted something bad on there?, 10 different violations, how is that even possible, but that isn’t even what bothers me, if it was just a ban from activity feed, I wouldn’t even be mad, honestly. But it’s also not letting me play multiplayer games, keep in mind this is my main account, so now I can’t play more then half of my games, and I’ve spend 100s of dollars on these games, Xbox denied all my appeals and won’t even tell me or show me what exactly I did to trigger this, so now I can’t play with any of my friends for a year which is absolutely ridiculous, does anyone know what else to do?, or has anyone else experienced this?, I’m just asking because this is super frustrating.
