#my Xbox mobile app doesn’t work

If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.

Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.
Does the app work in other ways besides telling you that? Have you made sure the app is fully up to date?
No it won’t let me sign in at all I’m stuck on the sign in page and it’s up to date as well
@devout canopy This has been going on for the last 2 weeks for me. Can not get past the log-in I cant even enter a password or a 10 or 6 digit code. (i dont even get a code from anywhere) Did it ever get a fix?
