#Need help installing things

idk if its a glitch or a bug but im trying to download WZ and its stuck saying "instillation stopped, finishing things up" its been like this for more than 30 mins can yall help me please? its really annoying and there is also a little gray xbox pop up thing that says "installation stopped". please help me and thank you ❤

Disconnect any external storage you have and try installing to the internal

You could always try to do a factory reset. But beyond that I have no other suggestions

When I try to install call of duty on disc it says installing but is stuck at zero percent
