I can't claim Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Because when I go to the Perks page in the Xbox app it says I've already paid for the perk even though I haven't received it.
I tried reinstalling the program, logging in again, checking with the mobile app, and making inquiries, but I couldn't get anything helpful.
I'm not good at English so I used a translator so I apologize for any typos
Please let me know if you have had the same problem as me
I live in Korea, and I think this may have caused the problem as well, or because I am not over 19 yet.
