can you log in through a web browser or on a different device?
If you search up the error code it explans its a networ issue, You may want to reboot your router and console.

The account IS already in the xbox and i cant switch to it ( the problem in all 3 accounts)
When i removed it i cant log in back
When you go to your network settings on your xbox does it show connected and wahts the nat type?
Yes
I use internet cable
Hit the Test Network connection option
I did and it says "its good"
okay do you have anything custom configured for your port or anytghing in advance settings?
No i never used advanced in in network settings
have you tried the restart xbox option? Hold xbox button down on controller and restart Xbox?
Or have you held the powerbutton down on the xbox for about 10 sec?
Yeah i did restart
But the second one idk
This error is more toward your network than anything else, though doing these steps would assist with ensuring the console isnt part of the issue.
Try holding the xbox power button down for about 10 sec wile it powers off.
Then you're looking at a networking isse as the error code states.
Whats your network setup like?
Did you do anything custom to your modem? do you have a router that you bought to boost wifi etc?

Okay, reset your modem then
I did like 5 Times
No mean fully reset
theres a little whole on the back of the modem. hold that down for like 10 sec or so. modem will reboot and reset. You will have to probably re connect devices to the wifi after there were once on it.

i pretty much bet you haven't restart the router/modem and console so it does a full reboot, Simply turning it off and back on will not work. You have to unplug the power from the console and router for 30 plus seconds
