I don’t know if I’m supposed to write this here but still. I have a xbox and I haven’t used it in a while. It wanted me to update it but then the power in my house went out and now when I get on it says I’m offline and it’s showing my old pfp and stuff (I have changed it on my other Xbox) ⚠️ -> moral of the story how do I update my Xbox if it says I’m not online?

Yes it says “wired” so the WiFi is 100% on.
It’s just a problem where I haven’t used the Xbox in a month or 3 and I don’t have the option to update it

I would attempt to do a power drain or maybe factory restore it.

Might be an issue with the network card. perhaps it surged.
You can try an USB to ethernet adapter and see if it connects. Though I'm not 100% those will work or not on the Xbox.

I still haven’t fixed it. I think I’ll just use my old Xbox for now.
