Hey; so I got a gift of Destiny 2: The Final Shape Annual Pass
I go to redeem the code and it says something went wrong and they're not sure what happened?

Does the person who gifted it to unlive in the same country as u?

went to redeem it online too; it said it came from another region

even though it was bought and gifted via the Microsoft store on Xbox console

If it was brought in another region then u can only gift in that region

it was bought from my country, to my country
via the Microsoft store as a "Buy as Gift"
