I have an Xbox One X, and I have a modem le maybe a modem AND a router. Idk anything about this. My situation is randomly today I was playing Rainbow Six Siege, and halfway throughout my day I was getting a consistent 150 ms which was not normal. Note that my xbox has always been running fine in terms of connection, this has never happened before and this just happened randomly in the middle of the day.

Details:
Xbox One X
Wireless Wifi Connection
I use HDMI4

The things I've tried that did NOT work:
Restarting my console
Making sure my wires are firmly connected
Manually changing each port, clearing my mac address and what not.
Connecting to a different wifi network
Turning off my wifi on and off.
Tested my NAT type several times
Unplugged my router for 30 seconds, and plugging it back in.

Double nat is a hardware issue with your local network.
You'll need to talk to whoever set up your home network to resolve it.
It could be anything from having a personal router connected to an ISP-provided router, to having followed a youtube tutorial for "easy VPN setup for your whole home!", to misconfigured wifi mesh / wifi extender devices.
Impossible to troubleshoot or fix without knowing exactly what equipment you have plugged in to what other equipment.

Will this be fixed if I get a network cable / ethernet cable? I went to the support website in the xbox website. I clicked on router and modem because that's what I have and this is what it said specifically: "Try connecting your Xbox console directly to the modem and then restarting both the Xbox and the modem. Check your network settings to make sure the NAT message is gone. If you're still seeing the NAT message, contact your service provider for more help."

it could help
but it entirely depends on how your network is set up
