I check the advantages all the time. But every time I check there's nothing new. Usually same things.

by advantages i assume you mean gamepass perks? So the things that show are the options they may or may not change for you when you want. Just keep a eye out for things in the xbox app

And they are different per region sometimes.

so Georgia isnt a supported region so the perks will be limted. You cant do anything the options are the options

The reason that confused me is when I go to store there's an icon tells me to take a look to perks

There is a icon for you because some perks may be avaiable some may not. If there is nothing there that you want then there is nothing there for you.

There would be no perks as GPU is not supported
