#Help With OneDrive Captures For XBOX

I downloaded OneDrive and did a free trial for 1 TB to save my captures. I went on my Xbox and uploaded all of my 241 captures to OneDrive. However, most of my captures aren’t showing up on the OneDrive app and only some of them uploaded. Waiter about 15 minutes also and they never uploaded. Why is this?

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

Did you check download queue in captures app

It takes a while for them to appear in OneDrive. If you selected them all and transfered them they will show up after a while. It took hours for me too and the transfer process is not trackable unfortunately.

Yup! The Queue did not work for me transfering them to OneDrive. So it "seems" like nothing is happening even though it is

If you only upload to XBL or only upload to OneDrive, you’ll see upload status. If you upload to both then copying from XBL to OneDrive that is done service to service and the console is not involved.
