F1 24 is not available on the Xbox Store for PC. The store pages always list the compatible devices and this one only works on consoles.

There unfortunately is no way to buy the PC version of this game through the Xbox store. Best thing to do here is probably just refunding it and using your credit on games that are supported then. Make sure to check the "playable on" list before buying a game next time!
