"I had an account on my laptop where I bought a game for about $20. I wanted to change my nickname, but it wasn't possible. Then, I wanted to transfer that account to my PC, but I didn't have that account there, only some other account with the changed nickname and without the games I had on the laptop. How can I fix this?"

If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.

In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

  1. What troubleshooting have you tried?

Please list everything you have attempted.

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

so you have 2 accounts and want to put the other account on PC?

simply sign out and sign in with the other account.

If you want to transfer content between accounts you cant you need to use that account
