Encountered this issue today where my console will not properly connect to the Microsoft Store, or even allow me to play games via Xbox Game Pass.

-I power cycled the console three times.
-I cleared the cache four times.
-I checked applications not related to games; they worked perfectly fine.
-I checked my internet connection; it is perfectly fine.

Just to let people know if ur in a game I suggest you stay in it cuz I’m pretty sure if you quit the game that you were in and go back in, it won’t work, but if your still in the game and you haven’t left you should stay in it

Its been 12 hours without Xbox , I'm losing any hope and I can’t stop shaking and I’m having severe mental breakdowns. This is something i don't think i can get past as i have not stepped foot out my house. I woke up today trying to use Xbox but it was outdated.
