We need to have a microphone level setting for ANY microphone it's literally impossible for me to play with my microphone on because my friends or even randoms can hear every single thing I do in game why in 2024 is there still no fix for this? I tried every setting I googled every post about this this needs to be solved when I plug in my 30 dollar headset from the same brand this issue is gone or very very minimal HELP I'm trying to play games with my friends again.

so a mic will pick up any sounds so if your playing music in your room or other people chatting then that will be picked up in the party chat. There is also settings to reduce this. Many headsets have settings that will reduce not cut out background noise. Your feiends can also turn you down so the settings are there depending on the headset.

I understand what you mean but it also plays my Ingame audio in apex legends trough my microphone if I shoot the whole squad hears it if my character starts speaking he hears it clearly as if I had my TV on or something I am playing on a monitor without speakers
We need a microphone setting in xbox settings in general if I stream to twitch I can adjust my microphone level why can't I do this on xbox itself
