Sometimes it does sync but then it randomly disconnects, sometimes it doesnt even turn on. I have got 2 brand new controllers but neither worked, They both had the same issue, I got a new xbox but still it doesnt work. I unplugged everything and my wifi, again doesnt work. I tried a wired connection doesnt work i tried using a usb to sync but it didnt work, help me please.
