If so, what results have you seen and tried?

i tried reseting the xbox client and try to troubleshoot the client. but still have the same problem

we tried playing Grounded, and Minecraft Dungeons. and both have the same problem
so any solutions?
Aside from basic troubleshooting, I'm not sure what else to suggest.
Make sure your PCs meet the required specs. Try a reboot, a reinstall etc.
we did try troubleshooting and reboot and still didnt work
