When I enter the game I get an error 0x82d40007 I don’t know what to do anymore

The account your signed in with does not have the Licence to play it ie that account does not own the game.
could be that the game was on gamepass and as now left the service or your gamepass as expired. Or you brought the game on a other account or dont own it,
