#Won’t let me play a paid game

I bought a game called Riders Republic for my new Series S with a digital $50 gift card. When I was trying to launch the game, it just said “Do you own this game or app?”. I made sure my console was connected to the internet and signed into my Microsoft account. And even though it was, I tried to uninstall and reinstall Riders Republic again, but still didn’t work. This is where I’m completely confused because I looked at my order history and all that showed was the gift card I had put on my account. So then I’m thinking that maybe it thinks that I didn’t purchase the game, so then I check on the app and the game didn’t show up even though it does on my console. Then I wondered if maybe I got an email about me buying the game, so I checked and there was no email telling me that I had purchased Riders Republic. Then I just figured that I should watch a few YouTube videos about this problem and see if anything helps and unfortunately I had no success.
