#console Xbox sx "clicks"

Good afternoon, for a week now I have been faced with the problem of the console “clicking”. It systematically makes quite loud clicks as if something is cracking inside it. All I found on the Internet is that this can be connected with anything, so please help.The click occurs when the console goes into sleep mode and usually twice. The same is possible when turned on and during the game.Previously, games could crash and sometimes when playing Mirror Edge Catalyst and Titanfall 2 the game would freeze completely and then make a nasty sound like a squeak and then everything would turn off. The console is less than a year old and it has not been abused as far as I know.

do you use an external HDD?

it could be the hard drive starting to go bad. Issue with it crashing isnt really an issue it happens. I personally would not worry about it

then i not sure what the clicking is as its normally Hard drives that make that sound, The internal drive is SDD so isnt machinal. But i wouldnt worry about it personally.

The only things that can click in a console are a hard drive, a dvd drive, or a fan.

Do you have a disc in the drive ?

That would click when you turn it on as it spins the disc up to read it

I add that the console itself can turn on. Today I woke up to the fact that the console fan was working.
