i own a physical copy of black ops 2 and when i played it i found out the game was german. i want to change its language but i dont know how.

You have have brought a German version of the game. Sometimes in game there is language options but you likely need to be able to read german to find them.

It doesn't help that its a xbox 360 game because since then Microsoft have done alot of work in the EU for localization

CEX have stores in germany i believe? I no idea you have a better understanding to what shops are avaiable to you. But there is always sites like facebook marketplace ebay etc
