I bought RDR 2 and the story version via the Xbox website and have checked my Xbox app on my PC and it has not appeared. I have tried everything to try and resolve this but nothing seems to work. Please someone help, I can't refund it as it's a code.

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

if you used the xbox website then you brought the xbox version not PC version so it will not show up in the xbox app for PC

So, with the Xbox PC app, I cannot download and launch RDR2?
