#Roblox Xbox One S Bundle.

I have been trying for weeks to get roblox AND xbox support to help me with this one.

I was told that if I redeemed the code on the xbox app on my pc, and then log in to my account on a actual xbox that it would work, I then redeemed a roblox xbox one s bundle in december of 2022 on the xbox app on my alienware laptop, I then logged in on the xbox one s console in december of 2023 (before the expiration date of the code) and I did not receive my items.

I have been trying for forever to get this, and neither xbox or roblox will help me.

Please do not tell me to go to official support, they did not help.

No one here can help you with this. It's a matter for Support to handle as it's an account problem.

Roblox on Xbox has a bit of a messy account system as theres two different account types. One that is an Xbox specific account and the other that's a standard Roblox account.

It will default to the Xbox account type if you don't link it to your main account, so there's a chance the content was applied to the wrong one.

You need Support to look into where that code was applied. But if it's been added to the wrong account type then there may not be anything that can be done, unless Roblox support is able to transfer the content for you.

Either way, no one here can do anything to help with it.

What should I ask to know what account type it was put on?

If you never launched Roblox on the Xbox before redeeming the code then it has more than likely applied the content to the Roblox account linked with your Xbox account/gamertag.

You would need to ask Roblox support if they can transfer it from that account to your main, but don't get your hopes up.

Yes because it's applying it to the Xbox version of Roblox.

I logged in to my main account on the xbox app I believe, does that mean theres 2 versions of my main, the xbox version and the standard version?
