I have a problem with the gamepass, or I don't know if it is the platform or my account, but, I have the PC game pass and it used to let me download games without any problem but I am trying to install mortal kombat 11 again because I deleted it and when I I try to download it says "you have a rating above the restrictions", I don't know if anyone knows how to fix that or if it's because of the gamepass or what, I really don't understand this error

If so, what results have you seen and tried?
