Everytime it turns on I hear the beep then the logo goes black

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

I’m pretty sure I spilled water on the motherboard but it’s still dry. I have tried other cords to power it that hasn’t worked, also I have tried leaving it by a fan for about 48 hours and it hasn’t worked can anyone help?
