My data from Persona 3 reload did not sync to the cloud, i just opened cloud gaming and the data was not up to date. Its still up to not on console, i disconnected it from wifi to prevent it from being overwritten. What can i do to make sure the next time my console connects to wifi, the console data syncs? (I don’t want the data thats on console to get overwritten)

If you've played the game on both local and cloud so that the game save states are no longer in sync, the xbox should automatically ask you which one is the one you want ot keep next time you connect your xbox.
I don't think there is a way to force that screen to appear though, and if it doesn't appear that means it has sync'd what it has automatically determined to be the 'right' thing - which may or may not be 'right' but once it happens, it is done

Stop playing on cloud, only play on your Xbox a little bit, eventually when you go online again you should hopefully get the option or it automatically understands that your Xbox version is newer.
