hi, my whole microsoft account was stolen. I get a hacker email, and i am still trying to get my acc back - i sent two formulages with personal data from my card, which i was using much times, and a IDs from my Xbox Series S, which this xbox was using this account for last 4 years, but i always get rejected. What can i do more?? How i can get my acc back? I have there much buyed games, and personal data, and my paycard.

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

  1. What troubleshooting have you tried?

Please list everything you have attempted.

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
