#Need Help with my Suspended account

My account was compromised and the person who compromised it spammed slurs to other people through my messages and got me suspended for 365 days. I attempted to submit a case review and I had gotten a response in my email where the enforcement team said they had verified that I was compromised during this and I only needed to change my security credentials and reply to their gmail and they would begin the unsuspension process but I hadnt seen this email until I had gotten another email 2 weeks after they sent the original one and it said the case was closed because I did not respond within the time frame and if I wanted to reopen the case I need to contact support and tell them there is a ban on my account and I already submitted a Case Review for, but because the case did not receive a response after a while the case was closed out, and that at this time I am ready to resume that Case Review. But everytime I contact support the workers tell me something different everytime and I've tried to submit another case review but everytime I go to enforcements and press on an active suspension it does not give me an option to submit another case review. Is there a way I could directly contact the enforcement team or someone that can inform the enforcement team because I've been contacting support once a week for 2 months and they've all been Indians who don't really understand what I need help with. Please list everything you have attempted.

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
