so basically, i have a parental control on my xbox app, and when i tried to buy a dlc, which my dad agreed to and when i sent him a request that he had to accept. when he accepted it wanted me to log in, but when i logged in on his phone, and he aproved to it again, it was a black screen on the opening tab, and then it turned white and he couldnt accept it anywhere, please help me solve this issue.
