I cant figure out how to change my privacy settings to allow for me to do some stuff

Im playing MLB the show on my PC using cloud gaming and I keep getting the error message "you cannot see content other people make because of how your account is set up. to change this, customize your xbox privacy settings" when trying to do certain things. I have messed around with privacy settings on microsoft account and nothing is working.,
