#Xbox app crashes on startup.

My Xbox app crashes on start up and I don't know why. I tried redownloading it, updating it, powershell, restarting it, I have no clue why this happens and I tried searching on the internet but none of the ways to repair it work.

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

Please list everything you have attempted.

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

Have you tried resetting the app?
You can do that from Windows 11's settings by going to:
Settings -> Apps -> Installed apps -> Xbox -> ... -> Advanced options -> Scroll down to Reset or Repair app. Try either of those, wait a few seconds and then launch the app again.

I suggest you reach out to official Xbox support then.
It's very difficult for people here to know if for example there's some other app or service installed on your PC that could be contributing to this crash.
