Guys imagine, I had a series x controller I sent off to Microsoft because it’s under warranty still n sent it via ups and ups said it’s been delivered but on the Xbox website it hasn’t been updated yet that it’s at the service centre and from the date 29th April to today it’s been and hasn’t updated yet that it’s there what does that mean?

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

  1. What troubleshooting have you tried?

Please list everything you have attempted.

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.

Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.

As already discussed in #general-chat no one here knows the exact location of your controller becuase none of us work in the receiving department of the service center.

Wait a week and if it still doesn't get marked as received, call support
